It's flexibility makes 3D printing parts removal easier than ever.

The textured Ziflex provide a strong adherence when heated, and allows you to remove the parts easily once cooled down, especially thanks to its flexibility.

This coating is compatible with almost all filaments (ABS, PLA, PETG, PC, TPU). Our neodymium magnets ensure a strong magnetic hold even at high temperatures. (110°C).

✓PEI Ultem from Sabic: excellent adhesion
✓Compatible materials: ABS, PC, PLA, TPU, PEEK (not PETG)
✓Quick and easy installation: a magnetic base to stick on your original platform, the Ziflex will magnetize on it.

✓ Max heated bed temp: 120°C
✓ Good adhesion to PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, Woodfill and more.
✓ Uniform heat transmission.
✓ Maximum Nozzle temp: 260°C (Depends on the calibration your printer)

Ziflex is two magnetic layers system and is easy to install:
→ One magnetic plate with 3M adhesive to stick to your original build plate (Usually a glass bed)
→ One magnetic plate with a surface coating that ensures strong adherence to many materials

Ziflex works with a lot of autocalibration systems, but not all of them: for example, the Ziflex Ultimate doesn't work with inductive autocalibration, but the PEI one do work. If you have any doubt about your autocalibration, feel free to contact us, we'll be glad to assist you!

Ziflex can fit with many different 3D printers, and this makes it a product highly subject to errors of use. Calibration and settings are variables from one to another 3D printer: the installation tips will provide you with some help but they aren’t a detailed tutorial to each machine. That's why once the Ziflex has been installed and used, we can’t make any refund or return.

Very good product.Easy to out on your bed. After print its better quality and remove pièce.
Just in my package it miss a card to remove default when you apply stickers part.

Le Ziflex est très bien pour imprimer tout type de filament mais il se détériore assez vite, je trouve. A voir avec le temps
