For the Zortrax M200, you will need to print these files, already oriented as needed. Here are a few recommendations for printing:
To mount the CLIP-P1-Hose-Holder and the CLIP-P2-Hose-Holder, you need the Original Zortrax M200 Extruder Housing.
If you use a Z-Temp, you don't need to download the CLIP-P2-Hose-Holder and the CLIP-P1-Hose-Holder. You have to download instead the ZTEMPHoseHolder. If you have a Zortrax v2, you have to download this one: ZTEMPHoseHolderv2. Attach it to your extruder using one back to back velcro tape. It should be at the same place of the HoseHolder shown on step 2.
To prevent damaging the extruder connection (a problem that every Zortrax User has been facing at one time, due to the extruder housing design) you can print and use our ExtruderCableSupport.
These five little prints are your last ones without Zimpure! :)
Mount the CLIP-P1-Hose-Holder into the CLIP-P2-Hose-Holder. Then, unplug the original CLIP-P2-Hose-Holder and clip your new one.
Insert the back to back Velcro tape into the ZortraxSuctionHead. Then, place the adapter on the bottom side of your extruder as shown on the picture below. Tighten the back to back Velcro tape as shown on the second picture below.
Insert the hose into CLIP-P2-Hose-Holder, and push to the Zortrax suction head. Hold the sunction head while inserting the hose into it. Clip the hose in the HoseHolderChassis. Push the CableExtruderSupport to prevent damaging the extruder connection. Then, insert the Hose into your Zimpure.
Here you go, your Zimpure is ready to filter! You need to turn it ON only after than your Zortrax has started to print. Please verify how the beginning of the first layer goes. You are now all set up to print safely, without any toxic emissions. You can see how Zimpure is efficient by smelling on the top of Zortrax. No more bad and hazardous ABS smelt! Happy safe printing!
